AIRTEL DIGITAL TV
Support is very bad

Dear Sir.

We buyed a AIR-TEL DIGITAL TV on 19-Sep.with in 24 hours instalation is over. But till know i didn't get connection.i call more then 20 times in customer care there is no proper reply. Every time with in 4 hours you will get connection there are saying. MY Customer ID-3008832673.

Pl solve this problem.
