Delay in completion certificate

Hello readers,

This is to bring into your kind notice about the atrocity being done by HUDA in Haryana.

We purchased a plot in HUDA sector 4 in 2008 and the house was to be constructed by Dec.

We got the map approved by HUDA architect and then we paid all the dues to start construction and applied for Completion certificate in Dec only.

But now to our surprise HUDA told that they mistakenly allowed the construction to be completed by DEC'2010 instead of SEP'2010 while approving the map.

Its a clearly mistake of HUDA and now we are running here and there to get the completion certificate which is now pending since 9 months.

I would like to request you all to help us if you can,

We have already filed a petition in consumer court karnal but on 1st date HUDA's advocate told that they dint receive the notice and hence court gave a new date.

When we went to HUDA office in Karnal, they told that our file has been sent to Panchkula.
