Indian Oil Corporation/Indane gas
Very late delivery of Gas cylinders!

I have a Indane Gas connection (Cons No 14798) through "Neelkanth Gas agency" Opp Janak Cinema, New Delhi. The service of this agency has been very very poor. last month it took full one month to deliver the cylinder and this time it took 20 days and that was only when I visited the Agency in person. The telephone no provided are always busy and even if you get through luckily you are given false promises, that will be send today etc etc. It is requested that very strict action be taken against such irresponsible agencies.
