Demanded Cash

Dear Sir,

I am staying New Golden Nest Complex, Bhayender East, I am a Bharat Petroleum gas connection with Akshay Gas Agency, Bhayender West. I have booked a cylinder 15 days back and they delivered the same. Yesterday I was connected the same cylinder but the cylinder nob is leaking the gas. Then my wife called the agency for registering the complaint. The agency people sent a delivery man to change the cylinder. But I am very sorry to say you that the person who came to my residence fully drunken and he was abused and shouted very vulgar languages very loudly and he was asking cash Rs. 500/= to change the cylinder. Also he said if any incident happens the Bharat Petroleum Co will pay the damages and loss. My wife manage the matter with neighbor and the delivery man put one rubber washer into the cylinder nob. I don't know this is the way to talk a consumer?

Kindly instruct the agency people please do not keep such person to supply/deliver the cylinders or attend any type of complaints.
