Dear sir

my gas connection is R-38816 and i am not receiving the supply on time i have booked the gas on 21th April after 21 days of receiving of gas and they told me to deliver the gas with in 10 days but still i am waiting for gas, i have call him 100 of time but they didn't picked the phone and when picked just tell that today i will deliver but still no action taken please help
