Non -receipt of payment

This is suchitra pillai (fake name) i m well established real estate businesswomen from trivandrum

this complaint is to tell the kingfisher people that i m the member for last 3 years and last month only i upgraded myself tyo the upper segment from normal segment for better services.

but didn't get the receipt for my payment of 10000/- .

pls kingfisher authorities look into the matter.
