Deduction of 99inr by zong

On 7th of this month i sent message to datting service flirt.com whose no was 54999321 i sucessfully receive back the message with that ZONG has billed 99inr to my mobile and the transaction code is XWSEQ8 but i did not receive another message for confirmation with the result i am not able to use the datting service flirt.com for 7 days for which i have applied and paid 99inr then i consult the datting service they write me that the service provider has bloked the messages due to which i have not received another message for confirmation i therefore request u to look into the matter and inform me where are my 99inr.
