Eduction of talktime without activating of chat scheme

I got message of friend chat and i deleted it from my inbox without subscribing it..and suddenly i got message that thank you for subscribing and they deduct my balance... problem is that if i did'nt subscribed that stuff then how they deduct my balance..then i made a call on 121 and they did'nt help me out for this..his name is vinay who recieved my customer support call... bad dealing with customer is'nt fair

and i decided to throw my sim..and thinking to use other telecom service sim..i'm totally harashed with this and i caught this problem 3 thrice with me... i think this puts a bad impact to you (airtel).
