Refuse to Payback advance money after commiting false promise

This is Raj Kumar Sharma from rohini sector-15 delhi. last year I booked one banquet hall for the purpose of marriage of my daughter. The person who worked there committed so many services to us and took advance money but all of those proved to be a false statements. Now he is disappear and we are running to get our money back as per the discussion. Kindly do the needful as earliest as possible.
