Sub: Refund of payment of PF in r/o mh/45434/5439

I have selected as a Jr. Faculty by senior manager DSP (Delhi School Project) and was posted at "Govt.Co-ed School Holambi Kalan" w.e.f. 01/02 my contact was expired on July.

The deduction towards PF was made from my salary but the same has not refunded to me. You are requested to arrange to refund my deducted amount along with interest in my Saving Bank A/c no. 90252010056164 synidacte Bank Narela at the earliest.
