Refund for Admission Cancellation Amount

Dear Sir,

I Ankit Desai, had taken addmission in Sanjivin College in Khopargaon near Shirdi for M.Pharma.

I had got seat through the process that Association of Unaided Private Pharmacy Colleges (AUPPC) conducts. I was not able to pay the rest of the fees Amount and hence cancelled my addmission. The Amount that I had paid to the college was duly refund to me after cancellation of Process charges. To secure the seat we have to pay advance of Rs. 10000/- to Association of Unaided Private Pharmacy Colleges (AUPPC) which is deducted from the total fees of the college. In other words Association of Unaided Private Pharmacy Colleges (AUPPC) gives this amount to college.

I asked for the refund for this amount to AUPPC and they are denying the refund to me.

Kindly help me in getting this Amount back. I am in need of money and hence was not able to study and this Association is taking money for nothing.
