Not getting the balanced message

my no 7428966269 and i want bring in your notice that after calling *225 repeatedly i am not getting the balance check message i request you to please sort it out and. Another one is that after calling to *369

when the computer ask for to talk with customer care representative and to press 4 after pressing it it says that it is unvalid number . i am getting hard to accomodate with reliance as i am new user and face lots of problems from past month
