Scholarship and fee refund

Sir,

My name is Sarita Kumari. I am a passed out student from Azad Institute of Pharmacy and research, Lucknow. According to the rules I should get the Scholarship (3300/-) and fee refund (25000/-) per year during my four year study period. I have submitted the form for the same each year but I got this only once. Now as my father is pensioner he cannot afford my studies further. I want you to take neccesory steps in this regard.

Also when check for fee refund comes to the college then they ask to submit -Rs. to handover that to the students.

I am in urgent need for that money. I request you to take some needful action for this.
