Fees refund

Dear sir,

We have deposited admission fees Rs=34, 165/- vide cheque no.103815 dated 13-12 drawn on jammu and kashmir bank ltd favouring Bal Bharti Public School which got cleared on 17-12.

we applied for the fees refund on 18-01 from school authorities which principal Mrs.poonam dogra denied earlier and now without any information they have sent us a cheque of Rs=14, 165/- after deducting Rs=20, 000/- aand in this context she rudely behaved and refused to talk to us stating that this is the higher authorities decision and she cant do anything about it.

We have also come to know that school is still not affiliated as per CBSE norms and she is fooling the parents.

Kindly let us know how to proceed further on this matter as the school principal is not meeting us nor she is attending our calls.
