Issue of Provisional Certificate

My Name is R.Jayakumar, i have completed B.com (General Commerce), in Madras University on June through Distance Education. I have received all my three years of mark sheet, but i have not received my PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATE till date.

Year of Admission : 2008 - 09.

Please accept my complaint and make necessary arrangements to send my PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATE from concerned Department of the Institute of Distance Education. Madras University, Chennai.
