Passing mark sheet not given by college

Sir/madam,

I am rinu pal. I passed my Bed exam in may from A G S college of Bed boisar thane. A G S college of Bed boisar is affiliated with mumbai university.

Previously I had done my graduation (Bsc) from Purvanchal university jaunpur, Uttar pradesh. I am being denied my Bed passing marksheet from A G S college of Bed boisar. According to Principle, A G S college of Bed boisar is awaiting verification certificate from purvanchal university jaunpur, the colllege had preveously sent reminder for the verification certificate to purvanchal university jaunpur, but A G S college of Bed boisar couldnot get any reply.

I was advised to personally take the reminder letter of A G S college of Bed boisar and submit to purvanchal university jaunpur, I did the same. Purvanchal university jaunpur official replied that they will sent the verification certificate directly. I paid the required 200 rupees fees for verification to purvanchal university jaunpur. Privesouly i had giveen DD of 200 rupees to A G S college of Bed boisar to sent along with reminder through post.

Till date A G S college of Bed boisar principle say they have not received any verification certificate from purvanchal university jaunpur. Purvanchal university jaunpur

official replies that they have sent the verification to A G S college of Bed boisar through post.

I am mentally pained and physically tired by making round around my college in boisar and jaunpur. In spite of loosing time money and energy I have not got my passing mark sheet even though i had passed the exam more than one year before.

Sir/madam please advice me regarding taking further step so that I can get my mark sheet. Without the mark sheet I am not able to apply/join any school for teacher job.
