SIR, I have passed my B.D.S from BHOJIA DENTAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL in dec.college management was supposed to refund 10000 rupees which were charged as refundable security charges..but today after even 4 months college is not refunding my security fee..recipt no fee is 6359 (dated 28th aug)... so sir please help me...
