Usage of chines materials

Dear friends and all,

now a days, there is more money made out of dental persons. the reason is there are so many type of materials used but there are same charges.

for example one of my friend is supplying a dental materials he says, that there many of the them who buy cheaper dental filling materials but the do charge the patient for the same value in place of using a quality dental materials from 3M dental or Dentsply dental.

since the patients are not aware of the dental materials. so many of them take advantage of using cheaper branded products importer from china and other countries and charge the patient the same charge for a quality dental materials.

i would like to know is there any association who decide the charges for dental treatment.
