Unfairly taking money from students

The institution has taken money unfairly from students by making some false promises. 1st of all we have been told that class is going to start in oct many stu left their job with a hope to start their study and they paid the registration fee. And after that we have been told the class is going to start in jan, 2ndly these people did not start a new batch for new students and we have been asked to sit with old stu for semister II which is completely a case of manupulation of students. And as we had no other alternative we are

forced to sit with the old batch which was not suitable for us.

So when we decided to quit the institution and asked for refund of registration fee we got reply that as per the policy the institution can not refund the fee. But as I have given you some valid reasons we have the right to get the fee back.

So I would be grateful to sb who can help us in a situation like this. They are really creating mental and financial tourture for innocent students. Pls its my request help us to get the money back.you can ctc me through my e-mail:- to.subh@hotmail.com
