Netbanking amount deducted

Hi,

yesterday (10th Jan) i paid an amount of Rs.1510/- through netbanking for the admission to BITS . After the payment is completed i was not redirected to the application form. Now when iam re-entering the basic details on the site, it is again asking me the payment option. As per the instructions it should take me to the application form.

I checked my bank account, the amount is deducted. Iam calling on the numbers provided on the site, but nobody is picking up the call. I have already sent an email to the email id provided on the site, but till now did not got any confirmation, if anyone is checking or not.

Iam now confused to whom to contact.

Can anyone please help...
