LTD.Ranchi city in Jharkhand (vide registration no. 11PJRIN0411013, Enrolment no. 12PS13JR0067, receipt number RJR11-0166 DATED 30/4) for two years classroom program (teaching for 11th and 12th for engineering entrance test preparation) to BRILLIANT TUTORIALS Ranchi Center. The tutorial group has stopped classroom teaching without giving any reason and refunding amount since 24th october. I wish to get my money refunded as I am not being provided the services for which advance payment

has been paid.
