BSNL Pre-Paid SIM
No response to the complaint & not giving the complaint number & when asked not ready to tell even their names

Hello sir I have pre-paid BSNL SIM bearing mobile no:9448595579. I have the connection under the plan of 49 paise per call. I have sent 2 numbers under friends & family plan. I have got the confirmation too. But the amount deducted per call for these numbers is again 49 paise. I made several calls to customer care (can check the call from my no. & also the duration). No one is responding & correcting the complaint. Who is responsible for this. I hope your goodself will go through this & along with solving the issue, will reimburse the amount to my no.
