New Rules

The New rules suggested by Mr. sibbal and accepted by NIts and IITs don't take into consideration the students who have decided to take a one year hiatus to study for next years competitive exams, not knowing about this sudden change in exam rules... Why should they be punished for the sudden whim of Mr Sibal?? He is a respected man, so if he thinks its necessary to implement the rules, then maybe he has something good in mind, but frankly, why doesn't he implement it to the students who are in class 11 now, so that they can come fully prepared, knowing what the rules are? why is he implementing them from the very next year, ruining our lives and future? I am a student of WBCHSE and the general marks in my board are very low compared to CBSE... why should we suffer for this partiality? My suggestion to sir would be to think about it, come up with a away to battle the difference in numbers of the various boards and please implement it from the year 2014..and not ruin our future in the process.
