How serious can you be about running a center if you received it as a part of your dowry? Not much, right?

The moment they know you are looking for a change, they will say your work is not complete and not pay last month's or two months salary. SAVES MONEY.

Avoid this place like black plague. Once you quit, they will bad mouth about you all over making sure you don't find a job. Blackmail, arm twisting and harassment of all sorts... Biswajit Das and his loyal, evil sidelick, sorry sidekick, Vibodh Parthasarathi live in another era of serfdom.

If you dont enjoy being a slave, don't join.
