Efused to refund my money back after showing no satisfaction in teaching

Dear friends,

I had joined Cegonsoft, Domlur for pursuing a course and had paid amount in one shot,

I attended the classes for a week and saw that training materials were not up-to industry standard and tutor was pathetic in teaching. hence asked for a change in tutor and forfieted the classes and brought this to the notice of lead . after a weeks time they told us that the tutor was upgrading himself to teach well (funniest thing). attended class 2 class after this, still saw no improvement.

Now i requested for a change of course because of no refund policy from Cegonsoft, They showed no interest in arranging classes for me. waited for 2 months. finally asked to refund money back. now they are delaying refund process and doubting if i will get any refund back.

Please someone help me get my money back.
