Is this CGUniversity is UGC recognized?

Well I am looking for Diploma (EEE) certified course in UGC Recognized University in CHHATTISGARH region. I recently heard about CGUniversity. For my sense i searched the information about " UGC recognized universities list of chhattisgarh ". But i did not find any information about this CGUniversity. This university website seems to be a fake University. Now a days there were so many fake Universities.

Please any body provide me the suggession.
