REFUND OF FEES

Sir, i had taken admission in Charoter University of Science and Technology, Changa, Anand, Gujarat in 2010 in M.Sc. Biotechnology. I withdraw my admission before starting of teaching session.By retaining original certificates they forced me to pay the whole year fee which is 51500.Sir, as i am from middle class family this huge amount of money means a lot to me and my family, so sir kindly suddest me what should i do to get the money back?
