Cheating by a Home Tuto

Hi,

We have hired Prof Gautam (phone 9971860740 / 9582360145), based out of Delhi for Home tution in Gurgaon for my son in class 11th and my brother daughter in class 12th for Chemistry Physics for my son and for Chemistry for my Brother's daughter.

He has taken advance money from us and not coming to take classes at such a crucial time when board exam's are scheduled. He has not completed the course despite his great promises delivering 90% result.

We are suffering a lot for this sudden disruption of tution classes.

Today when I requested him to have a joint meeting to discuss the matter, he has straightway refused and threatened us saying that I donot have time and you do whatever you want to do.

Rather he started saying that he will lodge a complaint otherwise that we are harassing them.

Though we have enough evidence in a register of all advance money paid in his own handwriting.

We are seeking your advice that in such cases how do we approach consumer court and register our complaint against such fage teachers who are disregarding such a noble profession of teaching and made it as a business without bothering students future.
