Claim for Refund of Fees due to Poor Service and Misleading

I took admission in this class in August for CAT 2011 at Vashi Center.

But after few classes, i found many irregularities in the classes.

Their are no teaching faculties which are from IIT/IIM at Vashi Center which they promised at the time of enrollment.

The teaching staff which they have lack in experience and some have no experience in teaching yet classes fees are same as that of Reputed other CAT classes.

I took up a group batch at the time of admission and was told their are 15 admissions already registered.

After payment of Rs.12, 100/- (i.e. Half of the original amount Rs.25, 000/- with 10% Discount), I did not receive any call from classes for an entire week. I had to repeatedly call and get the schedule of classes.

After all the frustration when the classes were scheduled, i found i am the only student in the class and not 15 students which i was told earlier.

They have "99 percentile or Fee Refund Policy".

I searched for classes on internet and found complaints against classes regarding Refund of Fees of their "99 percentile or Refund policy" also.

With less than 2 months for my CAT 2011 examination I no longer trust their services.

I phoned and also sent mail to class admin to Refund my Fees. And gave 15 days time for Response.

But they have not responded till now.

Please help me get my money back.
