Uss fee complcere

Dear sir,

i am student of saroj institute of technologi and management affilited to u.p.t.u.(g.b.t.u).

and present day i am 4th year student. u.p.t.u. declear the no buss fee compalcere but my collage no follow this rule and i am not pay the buss fee becouse my familial back ground are no strong.

so help me sir
