Again and again cancellation of councelling dates

As per comed k, the counselling had been decided to be held from 4/07, after that they postponed the date to 14/07 and again after that they has postponed the date indefinitely. I have already booked my tickets. And i will have to pay for the cancellation of tickets.who will be payable to that loss. So please take some quick action against it.
