CG submersible pump given for repairs after guarantee period, on chargeable basis, to your authorized service center, "Bhardwaj Electrical Works, East Azad Nagar, Delhi-51, complaint No: 727 dated 11-10. Asked to come after one week. Again for another week. and so on.

Today, your official at the service center, Mr Satinder said, "Take your pump back. it is not under guarantee. Asked him that the payment will be made for the repairs because it is out of guarantee period, but he refused to accept and said, "the part is not available." I requested him to please give in writing that it can not be repaired. He again refused on the plea that the pump is not under guarantee, hence no question to give in writing. He also did not tell whom to contact in this condition and switched off the phone.

You are therefore requested to please confirm whether CG pumps are so rubbish and 3rd grade quality as these are meant for dumping after the guarantee period is over as the CG authorized center asking the customer to take back the defective pump, which is impossible to get repaired. Not only asked once, he is insisting again and again to take back in defective state only.
