Want to change my name

Respected Sir

My name according to my marksheet is Md. Danish. I have completed my 10th in the year 2003 and 12th in the year 2005. Currently i am pursuing PGDM from Lucknow.

I am willing to apply for CFA exam but I am encountering a problem in registration. In my First name that is Md, it is not acceptable in CFA online registration form as it is only 2 letter word.

I want to change my first name to Mohammad.

Please guide me with the procedure of doing the same, or give me some reference of any authority for doing the same.
