Not attending phone calls to book the cylinde

Hello

Myself a user of HP gas Cylinder..wants to file a complaint against the Gas Agency (Danish Gas Enterprises, 227/14, Brindavannagar, Hennur Road,

Bangalore, Karnataka, India) in Danish they have two landline phone numbers available to book the cylinder. Most of the times the phone will be engaged, we need to dail minimum 10 to 15 Minutes continously to connet the call. when finally phone is ringing no one will attend the call, then the call will get disconnected, agian you need to repeat the same procedure to connect the call.

I am facing a severe problem to book the cylinder.
