Non receipt of PRAN No. kit

It is submitted that I have received a messaage that your PRAN 110031827564 has been generated on 03-10 and you will shortly get PRAN Kit.

But till date i.e 03-02 I have not received PRAN kit. I have contacted our Sub Treasury Office and District Treasury Office i.e Nodal office many time regarding this matter but non of the office has received this kit till date. So you are requested to look this matter seriously.
