I had applied for PRAN [Permanent Retirement Account Number] under the government scheme of NPS, But till date I cant get PRAN KIT I-PIN & T-PIN, please reply

We had dispatched the PRAN Kit and I-PIN T-PIN on 23/12 through Overnite courier and the same has been delivered on 03/01 on the address mentioned below.

Airway Bill No. for this consignment is 0459199874, you may log in to the overnite courier website and check the status.

But i cant recd & get no details from overnight website. now what i can do. How i get my PRAN No/ I-PIN & T-PIN (Duplicate) again. Please clear to me.
