The colleges in mumbai and the colleges affiliated to mumbai university are asking for donation of about 4 lakhs for every faculty. Also the CAP rounds are not proving advantageous. The colleges are not showing the actual empty seats to the university and those seats are considered for management quota i.e. Seat against donation. There is no use in informing the authorities of university because the colleges feed the university officials too. No action is taken against the colleges as well as the officials.
