Shifting of telephone

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Subject: Shifting of Airtel Landline number 0124-4105019

1. We have shifted from the present address to U-44/ 15 (G.F.), behind Cyber Park, DLF-3, Gurgaon.

2. We would be grateful, if our above land line number with broadband connection is shifted to the above location ASAP.

3. We had contacted customer care around 22 Mar for the above. Their response was that it could not be done due to some technical digging problem. It is surprising as there are Airtel numbers which are operating next to our doors & near by market.

4. Based on your information, some agent operating on behalf of Airtel was also contacted in that DLF-3 area. We were not satisfied with them as they told us that their speed on internet is going to be too slow & Airtel would be nothing to do with the complaints compliance.

5. We once again request to look into that technical snag and give us Airtel connectivity.

6. We all know, Airtel has a big name & would not disappoint for such a small issue
