DID'NT GET THE CERTIFICATE OF MY COURSE

I am Apourva gupta from pandav nagar, delhi. I had joined the course 'O' Level (1yrs) at a institute mayar vihar ph-1, acharya niketan, I have my results and I too completed the full course. I too have letters from DOEACC regarding my papers. I cant got my certificate from DOEACC, NEW DELHI.My roll number in 2008 yr exam was :390747 and My Registration no. : 657346.Plz help me.
