Compensation in case of wasting of the major year of my life

Hello i am a student of B.pharm 2010 batch, it is a four year course which is divided into 8 semesters. And it should be completed in 2010. After a month we are in 4th year of outr graduation corse course, but only 4 semester are completed. And we are just promoting into our 5th semester, that means session is going to be late About 18-24 months or more. So in that case of wasting of my precious time, I am applying for a compensation. So please Help
