Inefficient Engineers at Nokia Care

My mobile phone N72 was handed over to Nokia Care, Chandrapur on 02.07.2009 as it was dead. The people at Nokia care told me to take delivery after 5-6 days. I phoned the centre on 07.07.2009 and enquire about the progress. They told that the phone is ready and I can take delivery. When I went to Nokia Care on 08.07. the phone didn't start. The Nokia Care asked me to come on 09.07.2009. When I went on 09.07. they handed over my phone dead and told that they cannot repair it. They even suggested me to go to the local repairer. Then I showed my phone to one of the local repairer, he repaired the phone within an hour and told me that the power IC was dead. The question is how can Nokia engage such inefficient engineers who can't even locate the fault in a period of 7 days.
