Non Refund of Money

Respected Sir,

1.I Maj Rao presently serving serving in the Indian Army and posted at Jodhpur.

2. In the month of JUl i was told by Mr Ahuja the Director of EURO KIDS at jodhpur that there are very less vacancy in the class 1st and pay the regestration and admission fee for my daughters admission.

3. My daughter was studying at hyderabad in 1st standard and at that time i was posted at North East and was about to be posted to Jodhpur.

4. So inorder to reserve a vacancy i paid Rs 4000.00 as fee.

5. later there was a problem at my house at hyderabad and had to continue my daughters studies at hyderabad.

6. When i approched for some of the amount to be refunded i was denyed for the same and i asked for converting the fee paid for the admission of my second daughter in the pre-nursury for which i was refuesed.

7.Also i had spoken to the Chairman of the School Mr Shersing but there is no response from the authorities.

8. Also i would like to bring to your notice that the behaviour of Mr Ahuja the director of EURO KIDS was not in a plesent manner.
