Not giving the i pod to child who won

My son abhisht bachchhas won I pod as award for being 2nd in " India great talent" competition organized by Max new york in June. After 3 months i was informed that the award (i pod) is being sent to you. When it was received it contained only papers inside (pieces of the same ipod box) but no i-pod.

Immediately Euro RSCG gurgaon was contacted and photographs were mailed to them.

They acknowledged that there were some goof up by courier company and the child will get it's award.

Though many mails were sent to them and calls were made. They kept giving excuse that it is being ordered but never received.

It is very sad on Max New york as well as on Euro RSCG Adv. Pvt ltd also.

What message they are sending to the kids?
