REGARDING TRANSPORT FACILITY

My daughter Mansi Khandelwal was admitted to FIITJEE for two tear classroom integrated programme in JAIPUR. Earlier the classes were held at HAWA SADAK CENTRE but due to some reason the centre has been closed and the students of that centre are transferred to J.L.N CAMPUS which is far away from our house.

I had a talk with the FIITJEE INCHARGE regarding the TRANSPORT FACILITY for the students who have been transferred to JLN CAMPUS. We had a long talk regarding the tranport and they promised me to plyy the tranport from their side but now they are asking fr the money regarding the transport.

They have been giving false promises to look into the matter and I have been continuously requesting them for the same.

Please guide us the future cause of action.

PLEASE SUGGEST SOME WAY TO SORT OUT THIS PROBLEM.
