THE NIGHTMARE AT GIT HOSTEL - READ THIS BEFORE YOU TAKE ADMISSION IN GLOBAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY

Hi friends,

I am an unfortunate student of global institute of technology, a college that believes in sucking off money from the students. Here, I'll tell you about my experience in 2 years at GIT hostel.

At the time of admission, the college as well as the hostel looked very good. They allowed me and my parents to taste the food in their mess and it was great! Sadly, it did not last long. It turned into a nightmare.

As the months passed on, the admission process was over and the quality of food being served in their mess too began to go off way. It was bad! I mean, toooo bad.

The chapatis they gave were of cheap quality maida. Yes guys it is maida that we used to eat each day. Getting a chapati into our plates was another adventure. We had to literally pull each others hair and push them off to get a piece of chapati. It was HORRIBLE! YOU just cannot afford to snatch a chapati to eat. It is hilarious!

The worst part, if you ask for some more of snacks in the evening, or curd, you are given a STRICT NO. the mess guy literally pushes you off for asking such question. I hate it badly!

The food is pathetic, undigestable and it is very common to find certain unique insects in them. One just cannot eat it.

You will curse yourself to join the hostel.

I am not sure whether you must have read this news in the newspaper, that in around 75% of the hostel students of GIT were sufferring from Typhoid and Malaria during the university examinations as the food given in the mess was un-hygienic. The people working in the mess are so dirty and we have seen them going to shit and not even washing their hands with water. Just a palm-ful of mud. Yuk!

Now lets come to the rooms. They look good, but they AREN'T! No one to clean your rooms! You have to do that all the way.

There is only one guy who comes occassionaly, like once in a month to clean your toilets. They stink badly. there are lizards all over. Eww... Yuckk!

The hostel chief warden beats you badly if you do anything wrong! And you are threatened that you won't reveal it to anyone or you will be beaten up whenever you are found outside the campus! Can you imagine this guys? My friend was beaten up soo badly at 3 o clock in the night when the chief warden was drunk. He apologized to the student and repeated the same again after getting drunk the next week. How can one tolerate this?

Come to the canteen. It looks good from outside. You can also see the AC's plugged in there. But LOL, they work only until admissions are going on. After that, they won't! Coz warden says, "paisa kaun tumhara baap bharega aake? "

Now the college. You can score well only if you can do some kind of "setting" with the faculty. Else, you are screwed. You can check the internal marks of the GIT students. They are very less and even much lesser than any other colleges.

If you have visited the campus, you must have seen that the college is expanding. Yes it is because the owner wants to earn more and more money from his only business. The college people loves money and they can easily die for it.

The reason that they award less marks in internal exams is that students will pay money for improvement tests and this is how they can make thousands of rupees. Its one of the worst things in college.

Talk about the events. You can win only if you have seniors as good friends or management as knowns. Else they won't let you win.

trust me people, DO NOT JOIN Global Institute of Technology. It is too bad. Worst college ever. I moved myself out of hostel so that I can live a life of peace and free from mental torture everyday. I am just waiting that I get free from this college and join some good college for my post-graduation. I curse myself for taking admission in this college.
