Fee refund

I am submitting thins complaint on the behalf of my younger brother, Who has been seriously depressed during his first term exams (he is the student of Gyan Ganga Institute of Technology and Sciences Jabalpur, Civil Engg. branch, First year), due to which my father has taken the decision to drop him out of college and bring home.

Before, My father brought my brother back home, he had already paid the second term (semester) fee. But, when he brought this fact in front of the admin of the college; (Director: Mr. D.C. Jain), They simply refused to refund the money back.
