Hostel and mess combination

Good morning sir.

I am a sudent of Haryana college of technology and management, kaithal.

Our college comes under Kurukshetra university.

I am filing this complaint for three reasons.

1. Food in our mess is nothing more than waste.

2. Our college increments our hostel fee every year and also takes 3150 rs. on the name of college dress.

3. Please make some rules under which our mess and hostel charges are diffrent. So that we pay for our mess only if we eat.

Awaiting for a strict action.
