Most unsystematic training institute HCL CDC, Frazer Road, Patna. There is no higher management. Franchisee owner Mr. Gholam Shahid is all in all. But he don’t know anything about administration and management he is playing with my career. There is no good trainer, PC is not working, power problem and book not given on time. I am a students of MCIPT.
