Not giving refund money

Sir,

I have register for training prog. They postpont 2 times my training and when i ask to refund my money he give me dates for next week and when i tell them that i can not do training on mention dates, they said next dates is after 2 months,

Even they are not replying from there complaint mail when i am sending to complaint emails,

I need my money refund please suggest what to so?
