Injustice at time of admission

Sir,

my name is Hansa shah, we have recently shifted to mumbai.i have taken admission of my son to IB patel school jawahar nagar goregaon west.we approched to school at april for admission/first meeting.the autority told us that school has started[vacation batch] and the admission is open. He told us to purchase books and uniform and registered my sons name at std v. He told us to deposit fees in the month of june first day of the school and did not asked for donation or fund.today at the time of payment of fees they are asking donation to pay or they will cancell the admission. This had surprised/tensed me what to do, where to go.please help me..
